- Lenovo seeks a dynamic Talent Strategic Sourcing Partner to spearhead talent acquisition initiatives and devise sourcing strategies across the Asia Pacific Region. This pivotal role involves leading research and sourcing activities for our Talent Acquisition Team, HR, and the broader business.
- Unlike traditional sourcing roles, this position demands creativity, innovative thinking, and strategic vision, as it encompasses diverse talent research endeavors, from talent mapping to D&I-focused projects and process enhancements. You'll have the opportunity to pioneer non-standard Talent Sourcing approaches and shape our sourcing methodologies.
What you will do ?
- Key responsibilities include collaborating with Talent Acquisition and talent managers to align sourcing strategies with business needs, utilizing both conventional and inventive methods to identify and engage talent, and serving as a Lenovo brand ambassador externally.
- Additionally, you'll drive talent mapping and research initiatives, brainstorm innovative ways to attract talent and bolster our brand, and collaborate with a global sourcing team to foster idea exchange and process enhancements.
Who you are ?
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a robust background in technical recruiting, preferably within the tech/software industry.
- Should have managed or managing tech recruiting in different geographies like India, Malaysia, Australia, Taiwan etc.
- Proficiency in program management, project management, vendor management, and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Exceptional focus on customer service, relationship management, and delivering quality results.
