Overseeing company policies and standards to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Compliance is business critical role within Cummins legal Org. With changing legislation, stringent compliance requirements are being imposed on companies. Stricter monitoring mechanism is required within the organization to ensure organisation is compliant. This role will act a focal point of contact for the organization who will be assisting in compliance program and capturing all the risk associated with non-compliance reported in the compliance software tool.
Performing audits, developing procedures, and assessing potential risks.
Assist in implementing company policies, standard operating procedures and identify gaps in control systems.
Educating colleagues about regulations and developing best practices.
Enhance Customer Experience with Every Interaction. Know the stakeholders and business.
Facilitates smooth communications between senior management and coworkers and collaborate with the Team for implementation of new laws and regulations
Conduct quarterly and annual reviews to monitor adherence to rules and regulations
Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, overseeing visitors, routing callers and answering questions and requests.
Gathers, compiles, verifies and analyses information for management' use in documents such as write ups, presentations etc
Maintains the security and confidentiality of management' records and files.
Monitors, reviews and approves standard expenditures to ensure the activities of the office are conducted within established budgets.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
LLB with 1 to 2 years experience, Compliance Support, Management reporting of performance updates from compli-plus tool, visit for audit and review, collaborate with BUs , Business control and IA, SPOC for OR meetings and compliance applicability discussions, Collaboration with vendor
