JD – Partner Manager – US

Job Description:

Avaali is seeking a Partner Manager to lead our B2B sales effort’s, location Bangalore or Delhi NCR, India. The position will serve partners in US & Canada.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience working with OEM and SI partners ideally for solutions such as ERP, Enterprise Content Management(ECM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solutions, Shared Services / GBS Automation, and other related services in America. This role requires an individual with a successful track record of developing and executing strategic plans that meet or exceed sales goals.

The Partner Manager position is a critical role in the organization, responsible for the successful management and execution of strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The primary responsibilities for this role include:

• Developing and executing partnership strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Identifying resell partners and recruiting them for the Velocious Source to Pay Platform & AcuRec.
• Establishing effective relationships with OEM partners, vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders and maximize revenues via them.
• Signing up new partnerships as may be required from time to time.
• Managing SI partnerships and maximizing revenues via onboarding SI’s as well as from existing SI’s.
• Analyzing partner data to ensure compliance with contracts.
• Monitoring partner performance, resolving issues and providing timely feedback.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of OEM partners’ products and services
• Drafting and presenting reports to executive management.

The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, an understanding of OEM as well as SI partner requirements, and a passion for their work.
