Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
2. Open to 24/7 work environment and rotational shifts
3. Btech/BCA/B.Sc./MTech/MCA/M.Sc. degree
4. Year of passing: 2022/2023
5. Good understanding of ITIL (Incident Management)
6. Good understanding of active directory (for example, password resets), software troubleshooting, etc.
