Form of work Install and integrate new IT hardware and applications
Apply software updates to various device and equipment to prevent malware and hacking
Support and administer third-party applications
Ensure network security and connectivity
Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
Resolve problems reported by end user
Coordinate with external vendors for getting IT related issues resolved
Arrange smooth video conferencing for calls between top management and foreign collaborators.
Specify system requirements and design solutions
Research and make recommendations on IT equipment
Qualifications: 10+2 with technical experience is OK. Limited English skills, but responsible person who can take care of all things IT withing the office.
