Job Responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates

• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

• Arranging Interviews

• Coordinating with the hiring manager on interviews and feedback

• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.

• Assists with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.

• Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.

• Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and places ads in the most effective digital/print media for open positions.

• Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.

• Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.

• Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.

• Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification

• Any Graduate

• Knowledge of various interview formats (e.g. Telephonic, Remote or Offline)

• Knowledge of working with different Job portal sites

• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
