Job Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Arranging Interviews
Coordinating with the hiring manager on interviews and feedback
Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
Assists with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and places ads in the most effective digital/print media for open positions.
Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualification
Any Graduate
Knowledge of various interview formats (e.g. Telephonic, Remote or Offline)
Knowledge of working with different Job portal sites
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
