We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Lab Instructor to join our team at Unnathi Career Academy Pvt Ltd. As an IT Lab Instructor, you will be responsible for providing hands-on training and guidance to students and job seekers in our state-of-the-art lab facility. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in the IT industry and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a hands-on technical role.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in various IT domains, such as networking, programming, databases, and operating systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training sessions.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to assist students with technical issues.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students to help them build successful careers in IT.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other instructors and faculty members.
• Good organizational and time management skills to effectively manage training sessions and assignments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver practical training sessions on various IT topics to students and job seekers in our lab facility.
• Provide guidance and support to students in troubleshooting technical issues and solving problems.
• Assist in developing training materials and curriculum for IT courses.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the IT industry to ensure relevant and up-to-date training.
• Evaluate and assess the progress of students through practical assignments, quizzes, and exams.
• Collaborate with other instructors and faculty members to enhance the overall training program.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the training content and delivery methods.
• Maintain and organize the IT lab facility, including the setup and configuration of hardware and software.
• Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students in the lab.
