Designation: IT-DPC Operations officer

Position description: To ensure to execute the assigned checklist and Adhoc jobs correctly in predefined sequence and timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing assigned checklists, user requests & Adhoc request in the shift.
• Ready to extend shifts during any emergency and to work in 24*7 shifts.
• Ready to extend shifts during any emergency and to work in 24*7 shifts. Responsible for adhering to the audit / compliance guidelines applicable for DPC.
• Responsible for escalation to Shift in Charge, System Supervisors for any discrepancy in the daily executions.
• Responsible for timely logging of USD calls for incidents.
• Responsible for monitoring of email alerts.
• Responsible for various adhoc tasks as assigned for the IT DPC Operations team members.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Any other task assigned by seniors from time to time.

Educational qualifications preferred

• Category: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
  
• Field specialization: Computer Science, Information Technology
  
• Degree: Bachelor of Engineering - BE, Master of Engineering - MEng, Bachelor of Science - B.Sc

Required Certification/s:

Technical Certifications in Oracle, Java, Linux etc.

Required work experience

• Industry: BFSI/IT
• Role: Fresher/Sales
• Years of experience: 0 to 1
