- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the Market Linkages team, aligning business goals with the company's mission and vision.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities, both domestic and international, to expand the reach of organization technology solutions.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including organizations, retailers, distributors, and government agencies.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the optimization of supply chain operations, including inventory management, logistics, and quality control, to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
- Grow the business 5x in the next 3 years
