Chief Executive officer _ Leading Logistic company


Key Responsibilities :
Market Share:
a. Increase in market share: Handling top down market share framework, customer segmentation, putting right skills & right team structure for different customer segment, value creation for customers. Working with ecosystem players like shippers & AIS (in our case) etc etc. Overall, Experience of managing different customer segment portfolios and their individual market share is needed
b. Horizontal Expansion: Opening up of new industries in india: right metric to figure out. Experience of moving customer segments in horizontal industries i.e horizontal expansion. New Product Pipeline: building the right strategy for the next gen IOT products. and right org structure so that customers move up the value chain (Premiumisation). Next set of products would be created as data products built on the top of these IOT products. We have to start the non truck industry. Experience of the same is needed to leverage. Keep refining business model: Experience of building the next 5 year plan (includes new customer segment, IOT products, non IOT products, Non Truck segment etc) and keep improving the same . Launching Global business To start launching in other countries ( with the relevant context of that country). Experience of the same is needed to leverage. Leading customer metric: Ability to break the customer metric at different cohort level (customer level, trucks level, portfolio level, usage level etc) retention and then drive it through the product rather than the current process where it is more agent dependent.
Key Experience :
1. Experience of building B2B business and for that experience of building right strategy, right 5 yr planning ,right org structure to execute the same
2. Experience of building IOT and Data products
3. Experience of taking a company to global level (launching 4-5 countries)or Experience of taking products to non core customer segments (2-3 new customer segment)
4. Experience of leveraging Product/ tech to drive Gross Margin and Ebitda . Experience of building different strategies for gross margin around different portfolio (customer, product, service etc)
5. Experience (can be part of the team )of leading market share (above 50%) and for that Experience of managing different customer segment portfolios and their individual market share is needed
