Role Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer, Project Engineer for a full-time hybrid position based in Pune, with opportunities for remote work. As the Interior Designer, Project Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge interior design solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion. Successful candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met with precision and creativity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

2+ years of experience, including internships, in interior design, project management, or a related field.

Strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

A keen eye for design and a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with clients.

Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.

Knowledge of materials and construction methods.

Experience in sustainable design is a plus.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing project needs.
