4. Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in MS Excel
6. Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
7. Assisting in the development and implementation of sales presentations and pitches to attract new clients and partners
