Key Reponsibilities :
1 Extensive experience with SIAM ServiceNow
2 A strong understanding of Service Integration, Vendor Management, Operational risk and resilience, Business Process improvement methods as well as risk related control frameworks and practices
3 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve 4 Responsible for the delivery of, Incident, Problem, Change Configuration Management
Technical Experience :
1 ITIL V3 Foundation certification
2 ITIL V3 Intermediate certification at least 2 modules preferably Service Operations and Service Transition/ CSI
3 Ability to co-ordinate with multiple teams across all domains
4 Has managed atleast 2 of the SM processes E2E
5 Has applied best practices in daily operations
