Job TitleIdentity and Access Management Operations Lead, AVP, Role Summary &Role DescriptionGlobal Cyber Security team is looking for Candidates with 14years+ experience at AVP level who will be leading the Global Cybersecurity IAM team to provide operational support for activities related to Identity Access Management (IAM) using SailPoint and other tools. This role will involve managing configuration changes on Identity Management tool (SailPoint) based on business requirement and ensuring Information Security policies and guidelines are adhered to. The role will be responsible for the daily operations of the IAM solutions, work collaboratively with the business teams, development teams, testing teams to ensure successful BAU operations of IAM processes.Key Responsibilities of IAM Operations Lead include (but not limited to):
Lead the IAM Operations team to ensure deliverables are met within Service Level Agreements (SLA). Analyze & report periodic IAM service performance metrics.
Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of security experts.
Communicate effectively with management as well as customers to identify needs and evaluate alternate technical solutions and strategies.
Leverage trends and patterns within the data to create efficiencies in IAM process. Identify service improvement opportunities and collaborate with IAM product owners for to deliver continuous improvement, cost reduction and performance of the services.
Coordinate with application teams to migrate applications onto SailPoint platforms and managing business roles, entitlements, workgroups and their configuration and workflow.
Exception analysis for native change detection of applications and remediation on IAM tools
Perform access rights management controls ensuring data owners and approvers are in lines with the required policies and procedures.
Work with business teams for various inquiries, requests and service the requests, and to to analyze, configure and add new services as necessary.
Deliver valuable reporting through data extraction and analysis for external and internal users.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on Access/Role based projects.
Elicit and document current and future state process flows, operational documents, reports etc.
Develop a strategic approach to driving organizational changes by building and leveraging, enhancing existing methodologies and tools; develop and present recommendations for collaboration among different engineering and technology functions.
Engage with, influence all organization levels, drive partnership and trust and ensure practical strategic cyber priorities.
Core/Must have skills
Experience in identity lifecycle management concepts and implementations - Joiner/Mover/Leaver, including role-based access provisioning and management, particularly in SailPoint tool.
Practical knowledge and experience with Identity Management technologies and processes like access reviews and re-certifications, applications aggregations, etc
Ability to lead, and mentor a team.
Experience with MFA, Privileged Access Management, Access controls using Active Directory, LDAP and SSO
Knowledge of business process analysis and data Analysis
Good to have skills
Should have good understanding of scripting to automate tasks.
