UKG is a leading provider of strategic HR, payroll, and talent management solutions for organizations of all sizes. This role is in our Global Security (GS) department on our Identity Access Management (IAM) Operations team and will be responsible for provisioning, maintaining and reviewing user access to our physical and logical environments. In addition, they will support access-related issues and inquiries, as well as work with development teams on product changes and or additions.Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Provision and deprovision physical and logical user access to a multiple of applications and physical sites
- Support and troubleshoot all access related issues
- Periodically conduct reviews of access
- Maintain user appropriate access
- Terminate user access
- Transfer user access
- Assist with product architecture and implementations related to identity and access
- Provide 24/7 on call support for requirements that arise outside of business hours
- Assist in building and defining processes while adhering to controls
- Work on projects related to identity and access
- Complete assigned tasks timely and quality manner while meeting established service level agreements.
- Assist with IAM-related audit requirements
- Collaborate within team on tasks, projects and future planning.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to navigate in Windows-based operating systems
- Adaptable to product and process changes
- Experience with Active Directory systems
- Proficient in Microsoft products
- Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) IAM
- Basic PC and server hardware knowledge and familiarity
- Basic understanding of SOC and ISO control requirements
- Exceptional work ethic
- Exceptional follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented
- Energetic and motivated
- Strong problem-solving skills; leveraging critical thinking and analytical reasoning
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic, client driven environment.
- Ability to work through conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Ability to support a 24/7 on-call rotation schedule
- Understanding of modern identity and Access Management concepts and best practices.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp and understand system functionality and architecture.
Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training
- 4 years' experience in an IAM and/or an IT support position
- Experience with IAM administration in GCP and AWS
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SQL, Citrix and PowerShell
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in either Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems, or Computer Science
- Google Cloud Certification
