Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited (“Deloitte Tax in India”) commenced operations in June 2004. Since then, nearly all of the Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte Tax”) U.S. service lines and regions have obtained support through Deloitte Tax in India. Work you’ll do
Deloitte’s group is responsible for implementing and supporting multiple Tax software products and services throughout Deloitte globally. Activities within the Tax Platform Delivery Management (“TPDM”) team range from implementation of tools for clients, ongoing support to internal and external users and access management.
You will be part of the team that offers essential first line support to both internal and external users, ensuring that system updates, issues, admin requests and general support requirements are carried out efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide system and product support across number of service lines, applications and offerings
- Implement product features and support client onboarding/provisioning
- First line support for troubleshooting, assisting users with resolution and escalation
- Identify and isolate problems/issues using a methodical and logical approach
- Be involved in ad-hoc system/product implementation activities as part of a broader team
- Be involved with User Acceptance Testing across a range of products/applications
A successful candidate should have:
- Strong interpersonal skills; needs to be articulate, friendly and confident
- Respond well under pressure
- Ability to organize and prioritize workloads, together with the ability to handle deadlines
- Ability to adhere to standard policies and procedures; keen interest in problem solving
- Ability to understand new applications/technologies
- Ability to operate as a member of a team and work unsupervised
- Good level of education with Math’s and English Language as part of their curriculum
- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Flexible in approach to work
Qualifications & Skills:
- Any graduate from reputed University with minimum of 60% and above or equivalent CGPA and with computer skills as part of their curriculum
- 1+ years’ experience supporting global clients while working in a corporate environment
- Experience in product support
- Experience using entire Microsoft Office Suite
- Good presentation skills
Required Experience: 1 to 3 years
Work location: Hyderabad or Bengaluru
Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST
