Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Staffing Coordinator. The Human Resources Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the recruitment process, conducting new hire orientations, providing customer service to employees in regards to HR related inquiries, and handling employee relations issues. This role will be based in our Bengaluru office.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) skills and experience


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Experience in coordinating new hire orientations and onboarding procedures


• Customer service skills


• Experience in handling employee relations issues


• Knowledge of HR regulations and procedures


• Problem-solving and decision-making skills


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in the technology industry and/or experience recruiting for technology roles would be beneficial.
