1. Managing end-to-end recruitment process: analyze job requirements, source candidates from various channels, screen, evaluate, schedule interviews, and follow up on offer acceptance and joining
2. Understanding and analyzing position requirements: utilize job portals, networking, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
3. Assessing candidate suitability: evaluate attitude, academics, qualifications, experience, and communication skills
4. Liaising with candidates: communicate regarding interest level, salary, notice period, and share profile details
5. Conducting preliminary interviews: assess candidate fit and validate against predefined criteria
6. Coordinating with clients: discuss open positions, ensure timely closures, and maintain client relationships
7. Managing a team of executives: assign tasks, evaluate performance, and ensure task completion
8. Serving major clients: including NBFCs, HFCs, and Fintech NBFCs, facilitating their recruitment needs
