Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews
2. Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documents, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions
3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in our HRIS system
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and employee engagement activities
5. Support the performance management process by collecting and analyzing employee performance data
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
7. Assist with various HR projects such as employee surveys, benefits administration, and HR metrics reporting

1. Stipend: 10,000 to 15,000 (based on performance in interview)

3. Timings- 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
4. Week offs- 1st and 2nd Saturdays, every Sunday are fixed off
