HR Recruiter Internship

Location: Indore (Fulltime Work From Office) Behind C21 Mall Vijay Nagar

Overview

The HR Recruiter Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment efforts of the HR department. This position contributes to the success of the organization by assisting with various talent acquisition activities such as sourcing screening and coordinating interviews. The intern provides valuable administrative support gaining handson experience in the recruiting process and contributing to the growth and development of the companys workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions on various platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Participate in conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Coordinate with external recruiters and staffing agencies
  • Conduct research on recruitment trends and best practices
  • Assist in the maintenance of recruitment databases and records
  • Collaborate with team members to organize recruiting events and job fairs
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment principles and best practices
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
