AddressVision Only Research Services Pvt Ltd is a leading Research Analysts firm in the industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates to fulfill our accounting job openings.
Your main goal will be to ensure that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best professionals.
Responsibilities- Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies and plans
- Conducting thorough screening and selection processes to identify top-tier candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Writing and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms
- Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Conducting interviews, both in-person and remotely
- Performing reference and background checks on potential hires
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process
- Following up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Attending job fairs and industry-specific events to network and attract potential candidates
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in the accounting industry
- In-depth knowledge of various recruiting methods, including online recruitment platforms and social media
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
