Responsibilities
• Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and goals• Manage recruitment process for open roles• Build relationships with qualified talent• Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies• Stay active on job boards and social networks• Create and release job descriptions• Form relationships with internal management teams• Develop and release job postings• Utilize multiple recruiting sources• Screen, interview, and manage candidates
Requirements
• 3-10 years experience in recruitment or human resources• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search• Familiarity with job boards and HR software• Proven experience conducting various types of interviews• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field (preferred)• Experience developing recruiting strategy (preferred)• Desire to grow professionally
