Job Description:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specification
- Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
- Attracting candidates through various channels like social media, Job portals and professional networks etc
- Reviewing resumes, screening and shortlisting candidates
- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practice
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, including tracking their progress throughout the hiring process
- Preparing reports on recruiting activities.
