Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
Follow up on interview process status and update records in Application Tracking System.
