Position: BDM/Sr. BDM (IT Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions)
Company : Integrated Tech9labs Pvt. Ltd. ( www.tech9labs.com )
Job Location: Okhla, New Delhi
Budget (CTC): 12Lacs-20Lacs (Fixed + Variable. The budget may increase for the relevant profile.
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT infrastructure, and Cloud Solutions.
Qualifications: Engineering Graduate or/ and Graduate with an MBA, preferably with a specialization in marketing from a reputed institute/ university.
Sales certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP are preferred.
Summary of Job Profile:
To achieve and exceed gross profit targets by generating leads, managing relationships at CXO levels, developing sales strategies and nurturing customer relationships. The BDM/Sr. BDM will work in tandem with the Solution Architecture and Pre-Sales teams to deliver client-focused solutions. The Business Development Manager will primarily be responsible for developing new business with new clients and retaining and upselling a wide range of services and solutions to existing clients, especially around Cloud products and Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and collaboration with Pre-Sales and Solution Architecture:
 Meet and exceed sales targets, expanding our clientele in the IT Infrastructure and Cloud sectors.
 Ensure a cohesive approach with the Solution Architecture and Pre-Sales teams in client engagements.
 Provide field feedback to inform the development of new solutions and services.
 Engage in joint client meetings and presentations as necessary.
 Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team to understand client needs and tailor solutions effectively.
 Client Relationship Management:
 Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
 Identify client requirements and trends to propose relevant IT solutions.
 Act as the main contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement.
 Manage the implementation of new business won, to ensure that all administrative, operational, and financial activities are in place to ensure high levels of service to clients.
Market Analysis and Business Development:
 Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
 Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and leads.
Required Skills:
 Act as a Cloud advocate and be aware of and understand different business and use cases of Cloud, and position Cloud accordingly.
 Well versed over the Cloud concepts such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
 Experience and knowledge of Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
 A good understanding of unique Cloud native offerings such as Serverless infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, SAP on public Cloud.
 Play a consultant and advisory role in assessing business cases of On-Prem to Cloud migration.
 Relationship with cloud and security OEMs will be an added advantage.
 Persuasive, articulate and able to work with and influence people at all levels, diverse background / industries, and personalities.
 Self-motivated and possess aggressive sales personality that helps in achieving quantitative results.
 Able to work in a calm, logical and professional manner always.
 Good organisational and administrative skills.
 Creative out of the box thinking.
 Excellent communication and presentation and writing skills.
