Responsibilities:
- Creating an environment of open communication.
- Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the right cost.
- Helping make the payroll of the company.
- Organizing important events of the organization.
- Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company.
- Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.
- Overseeing the termination process of an employee.
- Counseling employees who are stressed.
- Working with departmental heads during appraisals.
- Introducing employee wellness programs.
- Creating company policies based on best practices.
- Remembering employee birthdays and important event dates.
- Hands-on tools like Freshteam, Angel List, iimjobs, CRM, etc
- Hands-on social networks like LinkedIn, Instagram
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of local and central laws and HR best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communication skills
