- Performance Management:Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback
- HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting
- Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees
- Facilitate workshops and sessions on topics related to professional development and skill enhancement
- Employee Benefits and Compensation:Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Assist in the development of compensation structures and conduct salary reviews
