We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our companys recruiting,
payroll, and employee performance programs. HR Executive responsibilities include creating
referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing our employee engagement activities.
To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources
departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
Responsibilities:
Initiating employee engagement activities for the employees.
Helping in the recruitment process for the company.
Creating an environment of open communication.
Induction and onboarding.
Organizing important events of the organization.
Knowledge of HR policies.
Must Skills Required:
- CTC after 3 months: 2.2 LPA to 2.8 LPA (with PF deduction)
- Fix Pay for first 3 months: 15000 to 18000 (without PF deduction)
- Requirement: Any Graduate with a minimum of 0-6 months of experience
- Must have Excellent Communication and Writing Skills
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Thinking out of the box
