• Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest calls• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and upsell• Give complimentaries to guests for their patronage• Promote brand image internally and externally• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations• Enter Marriott Rewards information for guest reservations• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing• Assist in training and motivating employees• Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance• Welcome and acknowledge guests, address service needs
Requirements
• Clear and professional communication skills• Ability to handle guest calls, requests, and concerns• Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling• Attention to detail for processing reservations• General office skills (filing, email, typing, faxing)• Ability to motivate and support a team• Adherence to quality expectations and standards• Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds
