- Ability to identify new business opportunities
- Should have B2B Sales experience (Current or Prior) in Hiring, Staffing, HR Services & HR Tech Sector
- Complete Ownership of the branch's revenue Targets (New Acquisition and (or) Existing Relationships)
- Management of Existing accounts by having a robust engagement model of periodic in-person meeting with Important clients
- Lead from the front by supporting front-liners (Account Manager) by accompanying them on Closure of important deals
- The incumbent should also be institutionalizing processes of setting up systematic and periodic reviews with his/her team members
- Needs to have a data driven approach to analyse trends and align sales strategies accordingly
- Be a part of on-going development of a sales team including hiring, training, and mentoring
- Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis for the business
- Generate and achieve monthly and quarterly forecasts for the branch
- Drive activities like lead generation, demos, new client addition, funnel addition on a daily basis and ensure flawless execution as per defined productivity benchmarks
- Managing the daily sales operations at the branch level, oversee collections & ageing and take necessary action, as required Deliver on Sales Targets of online business adhere to the sales policies and procedures, collaborate with cross functional teams and ensure smooth execution.
