Head - Sales ( Real Estate)
1. Developing strategy for Sales and Sales plan as per guidelines
2. Conceptualize & launch sales initiatives to maximize order booking
3. Provision of market intelligence and trends in the market to enable shaping future strategy.
4. To consistently evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities
5. Preparation of detailed sales plans for the projects
6. Development of incentives plan
7. Reviewing Sales team performance from generation of leads deriving out of calls, reference and various other promotional activities
8. End to end co-ordination with Sales, Admin, CRM, Engineering and legal team
9. Developing relations with new clients and retaining existing clients
10. Oversee Sales support
11. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of data related to the project sales and existing / potential customers and ensure timely and accurate submission of MIS
12. Managing Sales budget
13. Effective implementation of Marketing strategies and initiatives to drive sales
14. To identify local media for marketing communication and provide inputs to the centralized Marketing team
