- Lead or play a central role on initiating discussions with potential clients, performing due diligence, negotiating agreements, and closing deals
- Lead assessment and execution of intellectual property
- Manage Transition & execution of signed agreements
- Establish and maintain business intelligence support structures and tools
- Facility Management & Property Management Industry experience is must.
