Head - Operations Controls - Green Belt (15-19 yrs)

Requirements:

- 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in risk management, assurance/ audits in service organizations
- Knowledge and Key Skills: Risk assessment methodologies - top-down, bottom-up, FMEA - Statistical analysis and sampling methodologies
- Process reviews - policy and procedure adherence, contractual requirements, revenue assurance, performance metrics assurance, Training functional techniques, Automation processes.
- Green Belt LSS trained or above; certified courses in risk management
- Operations Controls framework design and roll-out
- Develop and maintain operational control audit plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion of audits.
