She founded 'Equilibrium - Mind & Yoga' in March 2020. Through the power of Yoga, she helps people get fitter physically and emotionally and helps them live a harmonious, peaceful, and healthy life.

She has trained 5000+ individuals, 50+ celebrities and influencers, and 50+ Corporates till now.

Her esteemed clientele includes Sanya Malhotra, Mrunal Thakur, Kusha Kapila, Priya Mani, Nicole from Team Naach, Chef Saransh Goila, Rahul Subramanian, and many more.

Her corporate partnerships include CITIBank, Adobe, Reliance Group, Indigo Airlines, Spicejet Airlines, Veeam Software, Abbott, Global Insurance Brokers, ICICI Bank, Medimanage etc.

Responsibilities:

Head of Nutrition :

  • Conduct onboarding calls with new clients and review calls with existing clients, ensuring timely completion of 4 calls of 30 minutes each per day. Onboarding calls for new clients must be conducted within 7 days of package initiation, from the day of their first class. Review calls for existing clients must be scheduled and completed within 7 days of the client requesting the same. In exceptional cases, calls may need to be conducted on Saturdays to address delays in completing onboarding calls.
  • Thoroughly document client notes via registration form and audio notes before each call, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and provide easy-to-follow and sustainable nutrition plans and guidelines to clients, catering to their individual needs and goals.
  • Update client progress in a tracker every week, carefully reviewing and providing audio or written notes on changes to optimize results.
  • Share updated diet notes, charts, or plans with clients maximum within 24 hours after the call, adhering to prompt communication and professional standards.
  • A half day loss of pay is applicable for each instance of delay in closing onboarding and review call/ missing client replies on EQ group/ missing sharing client notes post the call within 24 hours/sending wrong or misleading information to the client/ missing sending theme or special message etc. after the training period. If the delay is from the client's side, the above stands canceled.
  • Share meal pictures in client groups at designated times: Breakfast (8 AM), Lunch (1 PM), and Dinner (7:30 PM). Respond to group messages within 30 minutes after each meal time, encouraging others to share as well. Aim for 50% engagement from the group on diet-related topics, with a focus on sharing meal pictures to inspire others.
  • Adhere to a structured work schedule of 9 hours a day, with flexible breaks and intervals as needed, maintaining productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct synchronous calls with clients in different time zones, as we serve a diverse global clientele, demonstrating adaptability and excellent time management skills.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp messages, employing effective written communication skills at all times. Maintain a polite and courteous tone in all interactions. Timely responses to dinner messages are expected.
  • Follow a 6-day work week (Mon - Sat), with start times primarily between 9-10 AM (except for early and late client calls for international clients), working for 9 hours with appropriate breaks.
  • Collaborate closely with the Team to create engaging banners, provide valuable content, and drive increased engagement. Design themed weeks and share relevant information on everyday topics in groups. Share a weekly recipe with a quick recorded video, to be edited by our in-house editor for the final version.
  • Stay updated with current trends in nutrition, including Keto, IF, Low Carb, diets, and incorporate relevant information into client plans as needed.
  • Prepare comprehensive documents such as pantry lists for recipes, salads, do's and don'ts, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and banners on multiple diets, as well as easy hacks, tricks, and quick and simple recipes, in alignment with meal plans.
  • Maintain availability and actively monitor WhatsApp communication throughout the day, ensuring prompt, professional and efficient response times.
  • Maintain proper formal written and verbal communication with clients at all times.
  • Responsible for any damages and compensation claimed by clients due to a breach of guidelines. Reaching out to HR Manager or Company Director(s) to obtain the latest Code of Conduct Policy.
  • Participate in day-to-day EQ activities, team meetings, company events, employee training, and EQ special events.
  • Follow the standardized setup during EQ calls and events. Contacting HR Manager or Company Director(s) to obtain the latest policy and guidelines.
  • Take ownership of the tasks assigned. Effectively following up on the assigned tasks and not waiting for management to take follow-ups. Act as a leader and champion.
  • Conducting calls and conversations in English, except when a client specifically requests sessions in Hindi/local language.

Head of Community:

  • Lead and manage the community engagement activities, including planning, organizing, and executing special days, special weeks, challenges, fun AMA sessions, and other community initiatives, to engage clients/customers seeking help to improve their fitness through nutrition.
  • Create and curate content related to nutrition, health, and fitness for the community, including articles, blogs, videos, social media posts, and other forms of content, to educate and engage the community members.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent and effective communication of EQ's brand messaging and values across all community platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information, and addressing any concerns or issues raised by community members.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive community culture by promoting mutual respect, support, and empowerment among community members, and resolving conflicts or issues in a constructive and diplomatic manner.
  • Mentor and guide the junior nutritionists (if any) and other team members who are part of the community engagement initiatives, providing them with necessary support, feedback, and training to enhance their performance and contribute to the community's success.
  • Analyze community engagement metrics and feedback data to measure the effectiveness of community initiatives, identify areas of improvement, and recommend strategies to optimize community engagement and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, research, and developments in the field of Nutrition, health, and fitness, and share relevant information and insights with the community to enhance their knowledge and understanding.
  • Collaborate with EQ's leadership team to develop and implement strategies to grow and strengthen the community, increase client/customer retention, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for EQ, representing the organization's values, vision, and mission in all community interactions and engagements, and actively promote EQ's products and services to the community members.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in nutritional science, dietetics or relevant field is a must
  • Proven 5+ years experience as nutritionist
  • Thorough understanding of biochemistry and human physiology
  • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and critical thinking
  • Valid license to practice the profession
  • Expertise in creating personalized diet plans tailored to individual needs. 
  • Proven track record in conducting one-on-one consultations with clients to provide personalized nutritional guidance.
  • Extensive experience in offering consultations to clients dealing with chronic illnesses, in the context of conditions such as cancer, diabetes, respiratory disease etc.
