Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy aligned with EMotorad's business goals and objectives.• Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and partnerships.• Stay informed about the latest trends, news, and developments in the EV industry.• Translate e-bike concepts into compelling marketing messages that resonate with EMotorad target audience.• Oversee the development and maintenance of EMotorad's brand identity.• Ensure consistency in messaging and visual elements across all marketing channels.• Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute high-quality, engaging content that aligns with marketing objectives.• Develop strategies to optimize content for search engines and increase organic visibility.• Work closely with the Community Manager to foster a positive and engaged online community around EMotorad.• Develop initiatives to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.• Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations within the ecosystem.• Leverage partnerships to enhance EMotorad's reach and credibility.• Track and analyse the performance of Marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.• Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.• Proven experience in marketing leadership roles.• Deep understanding of the EV ecosystem.• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a marketing team.• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign optimisation.
