- We are hiring for the role of Marketing Head for a fast-growing Fintech startup based out in Bangalore.
Experience required : 8+ years in B2B2C setup, preferably in a Fintech space.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with business goals and objectives to promote their services.
2. Brand Positioning : Define and establish the brand identity, ensuring a consistent and compelling message across all channels.
3. Digital Marketing : Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email/WA marketing, social media, and other online channels to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
4. Campaign Management : Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
5. Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies.
6. Content Strategy : Develop and oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and promotional materials.
7. Partnerships and Alliances : Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the reach and impact of marketing initiatives.
8. Analytics and Reporting : Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
9. Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending to achieve maximum ROI.
10. Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience of 8+ years in a senior marketing role, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
3. Strong understanding of the Loan Against Securities market and financial products.
4. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email/WA marketing.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
