AddressHR Head, India for Manufacturing client
This role will be responsible for leading overall HR for India.
- Able to translate strategic business plans into HR strategy and operational plans
- Define future ready structures for the organization and define the talent pipeline building and staffing strategy to ensure availability of right talent
- Drive and sustain a strong performance-oriented culture across the business and develop progressive compensation and reward programs for the business
- Develop strong talent management, succession planning and learning and development processes for the business
- Develop the IR strategy for the business to proactively address or resolve critical IR issues pertaining to blue collar staff
- Develop and ensure implementation of policies and practices towards ensuring high levels of employee engagement in the organization
- Premier B School pass out with 10+ yrs of exp in Business Partnering and Plant/Factory HR experience. Should be able to do Stakeholder management at various levels.
