Massive Restaurants has a large franchise network spread across the globe including in USA, UAE, and Canada. The candidate is expected to work closely with existing franchisees and expand the franchise network. The key responsibilities shall be as follows:
Franchise Management :
- Identifying opportunities for growing Franchise Network
- Pro-actively working with potential investors/entrepreneurs to expand franchise network
- Actively respond to in-bound franchise inquiring and ensuring 90%+ conversion rate
- Engage with existing franchisees and address their concerns, if any.
The candidate shall be responsible ensuring maximum utilization of restaurant capacity by maximizing corporate business.
Corporate Sales:
- Work with corporates to get business for both online brands and bistros/fine-dining restaurants
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates to ensure sustained business from them
