Position Overview:
Lead Retention will play a pivotal role in optimizing customer retention strategies and ensuring the long-term success of our organization. This individual will also work closely with cross-functional teams to build campaigns, analyse data, identify trends and develop actionable recommendations to drive customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor overall retention targets for all games, budget utilization vs return on a daily basis and plan necessary course correction wherever required
- Set up retention framework for various cohorts basis user behavior to improve retention & re-activation across markets
- Bucketing user segments to build personalized approach for nurturing user engagement and retention through journey automation using CleverTap
- Design monthly campaign calendar (specific game) for different user segments basis insights derived from the various business data trends while keeping in mind the monthly targets, business seasonality and external factors
- Stay updated and informed about competitor movements, strategy, offers and ground activities
- Prepare a detailed campaign wise plan with budgets, projected ROI for each campaign and track the campaign performance parameters to ensure ROI
- Motivate team to drive better strategies (New ideas, efficiency etc.,)
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
- Utilize various data sources to analyse customer behaviour, transactional data, and other relevant metrics
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to uncover insights into customer retention and attrition
Reporting and Visualization:
- Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to monitor key retention metrics
- Visualize data effectively to communicate insights to stakeholders
Predictive Modelling:
- Build predictive models to forecast customer retention and attrition rates
- Use predictive analytics to identify at-risk customers and recommend proactive measures
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Retention Team, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development teams to align strategies and goals
