Tech Lead AI/ML Specialist

Position Summary: Seeking a Technical Lead with experience in front-end, back-end development, and Generative AI, tailored for the healthcare industry. The role involves leading a team of developers in creating secure, efficient, and innovative healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead development projects, ensuring technical excellence and integration of GenAI technologies.
* Guide the team in Azure, C#, SSIS, .NET MVC, and GenAI applications.
* Leads the development and deployment strategy for scalable and secure AI platforms, applications, and systems tailored for member engagement using GenAI.
* Leads the development and deployment strategy for scalable and secure AI platforms, applications, and systems tailored for member engagement
* Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI/ML solutions using Azure cloud services and tools.
* Apply AI/ML techniques to help with automation, decision-making, generative AI, and process improvement and to help optimize the performance, reliability, and efficiency of electrical systems, their design, and their operation.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and software developers to integrate AI/ML models and APIs into existing or new applications and platforms.
* Evaluate and test the quality, accuracy, and scalability of AI/ML solutions and ensure they adhere to best practices and standards.
* Help define, monitor, and improve the processes, procedures, and efficiency of AWS (or other cloud-based solutions) Machine Learning environment(s).
* Participate as a key member in our application portfolio management plan with a specific focus on where we can utilize AI/ML to the benefit of our business colleagues.
* Contribute to project planning, estimation, scheduling, and risk management efforts related to AI/ML solutions.
* Ensure healthcare compliance and data security in all solutions. Qualifications:
* Strong leadership in software development with healthcare industry experience.
* Experience with GenAI technologies and their application in healthcare solutions.
* Skilled in designing and refining conversational AI prompts to optimize performance, accuracy, and user engagement.
* 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions using AWS cloud services (AWS AI, AWS ML, Cognitive Services, Document Intelligence, etc) and/or similar tools is preferred.
* Experience in using LLMs (large language models) for natural language processing or generative AI tasks.
* Proficient in Azure, C#, .NET MVC, with a solid understanding of front-end and back-end architectures.
* Proficiency in Python and related frameworks.
* Experience in creating data models and exposing them as APIs for consumption in other applications.
