Job Description:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive on-platform Performance Marketing strategies aligned with business objectives on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Bigbasket, Swiggy and other e-comemerce platforms.
- Campaign Management: Manage and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, CPC, CTR, and other key performance metrics.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency. Continuously test and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Budget Management: Utilize data-driven approaches to make informed decisions and optimize marketing budgets for maximum impact.
- Agency Management: Manage agency to implement Performance Marketing strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand and Design teams
- Third Party Stakeholder: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising platforms teams to identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Performance Marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to track progress towards goals and objectives and communicate insights to stakeholders.
