Key Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation of the Online marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Manage Monthly budget on Online Platforms with accountability for campaign ROI.
- Develop, Manage & Build relationships with key marketing partners and agencies.
- On-boarding and training of new outlets within the chain in an efficient and scalable way, working with outlet-level contacts and senior stakeholders.
- Manage complete P&L across Franchisees effectively. Understanding of Franchise Store's P&L and business decisions based on the same is expected.
- Work on the Menu Redesigning to Improve the Customer Experience and Overall Conversion on aggregator Platforms.
- Directly Coordinate with Operations & Franchise Support Team to Improve the Profitability of Franchise Stores on Aggregator Platform.
- Work with Customer Relationship & Operations Team to ensure superior Customer Experience through strategic initiatives to improve the Customer Ratings & Operations Parameters.
