Role Overview:
The GFS Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from creation to execution to management. They work to ensure that contracts meet the needs of both parties, are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, and are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
Contract Management:
- Ensure successful contract execution by overseeing timely and within budget completion of all deliverables, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
- Take the lead in coordinating communication between the business and vendor, serving as the single point of contact for Service Management discussions.
- Take ownership of the Change Request process and its governance, acting as the responsibility for the Change Request template.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for GFS Leadership Team & Extended - Leadership Team providing clear explanations of contractual clauses when needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts, ensuring compliance with all contractual terms.
- Review and provide feedback on the vendor KPI report, highlighting discrepancies between the report and the contract's definition and calculation methods.
VOC & Dashboard:
- Assume responsibility for the Voice of Customer (VOC) template. Distribute the calendar for the bi-annual VOC process. Effectively communicate the process to key stakeholders and roll-out the survey.
- Consolidate feedback from the stakeholders, then create an action plan to address any improvements by the 3rd party vendor in collaboration with the Tower Leads.
- Be accountable for reporting on contract performance to internal stakeholders. Issue a monthly GFS dashboard, conduct root cause analysis, and provide a comprehensive summary.
Key Responsibilities :
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerBI, and other visualization tools.
- Strong project and change management abilities, with certification in project management.
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and effectively establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Capable of effectively planning for and managing multiple competing demands and priorities.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the steps necessary to initiate, implement, and engage in a significant organizational change effort that involves multiple stakeholders within a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a complex global setting and effectively solve intricate business and process challenges.
- Experience in collaborating with various internal teams and third-party stakeholders.
