AddressJob Description : Data and AI Risk Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Take operational accountability for key areas of data and AI risk management, such as managing the data and AI risk universe and audit processes.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and responses to new regulations or laws, managing independent assessments and audit reviews.
- Ensure availability of training/reference materials, document/artifact management, and risk management aligned with organizational policies and standards.
- Ensure compliance with established regulatory standards, managing deviations and initiating corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise in data and AI risk management.
- Contribute to the evolution of the operating model required to manage data and AI risk, staying engaged in the changing data and AI landscape.
- Act as an integral member of the risk community, actively managing data and AI risk on behalf of the organization and supporting senior stakeholders in decision-making.
- Support the formulation and implementation of innovative solutions to new and complex risks brought about by data and AI use.
Qualifications and Skills :
Essential :
- Previous experience in a risk, regulatory, or compliance role, with a focus on policy creation, risk
management, and regulatory responses.
- Strong awareness of the current landscape in data and AI, with a passion for continuous learning and
practical application of knowledge.
- Ability to collaborate and ideate innovative solutions to complex problems aligned with the organization's risk appetite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish relationships with
senior stakeholders and simplify complex problems
Preferred :
- Extensive experience in risk, regulatory, or compliance roles, with a focus on policy creation, risk management, and regulatory responses.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with proven experience in data risk management in a large organization.
- Experience in managing AI risk.
