Customer Acquisition:
- A deep understanding of various customer acquisition channels, e.g., search engine results, paid ads, email referrals, organic traffic, social media referrals, etc
- Proven and hands on experience in generating list of prospects using online sources, databases - ZoomInfo, Apollo
- Statistical Analysis - Use statistical methods to analyze top-of-the-funnel (ToFu) metrics and identify areas for improvement
Business Partnering
- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve a shared objective. Immediate stakeholders will be demand generation team, performance marketing team and inbound campaign team
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations
- Develop and continuously optimize dynamic sales dashboards to track key performance indicators with focus on ToFu metrics, CAC and LTV
- Evaluate and manage a suite of sales tools, including CRM and email tracking systems to track and optimize campaign performance
- Develop a strategy for building and maintaining a database for Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM).
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Harness data analysis to uncover growth opportunities and drive strategic decisions.
- Regularly scrutinize user market trends, and competitor activities for proactive market positioning
- Tech savvy - ability to run SQL queries on the data for analysis
- Knowing how to translate data into insight - Fluent in data analysis and data processing tools like analytics tools, data visualization tools, A/B testing tools, Excel, Power BI etc.
- Use customer data and seek empirical evidence to validate hypotheses and optimize campaigns precisely
- Seamless Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams, ensuring alignment on growth initiatives and overarching goals
- Regularly update leadership on growth metrics and the progress of strategic initiatives
- Engage with other teams to gather valuable feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and satisfaction
