Job Description:
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Attend to NGO Camps all Over Telangana & Andhra Pradesh .
- Participate in training and orientation programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Provide primary healthcare services to underserved communities at NGO outreach camps.
- Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and deliver health education to camp attendees.
- Collaborate with NGO staff and volunteers to ensure efficient camp operations and patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation following camp protocols.
- Participate in post-camp evaluations and contribute to program improvement initiatives
