Duties and responsibilities

· To coordinate and monitor bedside nursing care in accordance with global standards and escalate issues to the intensivist who also will be at the command center 24/7.

· To manage patients and document their progress, respond to alerts/concerns and troubleshoot issues as per the guidelines.

· Follow post-operative nursing care record in case file and ensure its being implemented.

· Enquire and know about – New admissions, Transfers, Surgery and investigation list, Discharges, Care plan, progress all details of the patient.

· Monitor all patients are treated as per the guidelines mentioned in the handing over and taking over protocol.

· Check the patient’s records for any changes, special orders etc.

· Prepare a report on the progress of the patient in the patient care record and keep inform Intensivist at Command centre.

· Check and receive all investigation reports done during the day.

· Send intimation to the concerned departments and provide need-based support across other service components at the connected care centre.

· Providing appropriate response and support for patient needs, as per the advice of the Incentivist.

· Basic knowledge of overall operational aspects of the programme

Timely, apt and informed decisions on steps to be taken to achieve the required proficiency in the manpower for delivering standard quality services.

Qualifications / Certifications

· B.Sc Nursing/M.Sc Nursing Minimum 2 year of hands-on ICU experience in well-reputed hospital ICUs.

NCLEX certified is Preferred.

· Relevant training and/or certifications as an ICU Nurse.

· Good understanding of health information structures and technology

· Available to work --hour day and night shifts

· Demonstrate brilliant empathy and communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.

· Problem Solving/Decision Making Critical Thinking & root cause analysis of patient care.

· Good knowledge of MS Office (preferable).

Required Languages:· Able to Speak, Read and Write in English,

Salary: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
