We are looking for a Global Launch and Training Lead to join our Commercial – GBS unit and support the launch of our MASH therapeutic area. The position


The Novo Nordisk Corporate Strategy has established the ambition to become leaders in MASH as a distinct Therapeutic Area (TA) as part of the Cardiovascular and Emerging Therapeutic Areas organization (CETA). The commercial MASH team is therefore increasing efforts to ensure launch readiness, support the ambition, and make MASH a distinct TA and a significant growth contributor for the company in the future.


The Global Launch and Training Lead role is responsible for supporting the launch by driving the development of tactical training and development materials and programs, as well as driving internal coordination to mobilize the organization for launch.


Key responsibilities


  • Lead tactical deployment on training and development:
  • Drive internal coordination to ensure launch readiness:
  • Training material and program development (50%):
  • Coordinate and project manage internal events and efforts to build the internal MASH/Liver community, including Global Launch events, training camps, strategy summits, and cross-functional off-sites in collaboration with the event lead.
  • Coordinate LAP meetings with key launch markets in collaboration with the Launch Lead and manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Show strong appreciation of and engagement with affiliate teams, anticipating their needs, providing constructive challenge, and working to provide them with valuable and timely training and marketing materials.

Qualifications


  • Life Sciences, business, or Marketing graduate or equivalent. - Advanced Marketing/Business qualification desirable. Diploma in Market Research advantageous.
  • Has a minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience within pharmaceutical marketing/brand strategy/sales.
  • Brand management experience.
  • Experience with the development of effective global training programs and materials.
  • Experience in coordinating complex and large internal events.
  • Experience in effectively supporting and driving MLR approval processes.
  •  Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to execute plans.
  •  Proven depth of strategic and tactical experience, preferably including successful launch and brand experience (recent launch experience is preferred).
