5. Define key product positioning attributes and translate in sales, go-to-market and communications tools by working with Marketing team.
6. Ensure associates offer ultimate customer service.
7. Build high quality brand image through merchandising.
8. Hire, train and develop staff.
9. Create an inspirational and growth-enabled environment for staff and foster positive company philosophy.
10. Communicate to effectively handle activities.
11. Develop pricing models, policies and rate sheets for Retail services with Finance and Market Development team.
12. Develop retail vision, strategy and plan to drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
13. Execute retail operations, staff, train, audit, schedule, market and fulfill orders smoothly.
14. Develop and understand competitive solutions with Market Intelligence.
