Hiring ( CS + LLB ) General Manager of Legal & Compliance in a Promoter-Driven Company with more than 12 Years of experience for one of my reputed Client based out in Delhi.
As the General Manager of Legal & Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal and compliance matters within the organization.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Providing strategic legal advice: Offering guidance to senior management and the board of directors on legal implications of business decisions and strategies.
2. Compliance management: Developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
3. Contract management: Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of contracts and agreements to protect the organization's interests.
4. Risk management: Identifying legal risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, including overseeing litigation and dispute resolution processes.
5. Regulatory compliance: Staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's activities comply with legal requirements.
6. Corporate governance: Overseeing corporate governance practices and ensuring compliance with corporate laws and regulations.
7. Team leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of legal and compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
8. External relations: Building and maintaining relationships with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
